Refund & Return Policy


All sold items are not returnable/refundable. All sale items are not returnable/exchangeable/refundable. 


Due to the nature of our products, items sold cannot be returned or exchanged, unless damaged or defective. Please email us with any issues or concerns before placing your order.

All orders are checked before delivery to ensure that the items are in pristine, mint condition. Pet Architects will not be responsible for any loss/damages of the items during shipping caused by the postal service.

Returns/exchanges/refunds are not accepted for wear and tear. 


Returns are accepted within 7 days for only defective items. 

Exchanges are only valid for purchases without pet's hair, smell, and/or stains. 

Items must be unused and in their original packaging with receipt/proof of purchase.

New delivery/shipping charges apply unless the defects are due to our negligence. 

How to process a return:

Send an e-mail to with a brief explanation of your return and include your order number. 
Once your return is authorised by us, you will receive the address where you should send your package and a return number.

Please state clearly your return number, order number, name, email address and full shipping address. We are not able to process your return if we do not have the fore mentioned details.

Returns must be sent prepaid, via a trackable carrier. Pet Architects is not responsible for return shipping costs, international duties and taxes, shipping loss, or damage of returned goods.

We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you at your expense and a refund will not be granted.
